JCG Internship-Mentoring Program

The JCG internship-mentoring program offers those interested in fundraising and resource development for non-profit organizations but who do not have the experience for placement in agencies, an excellent strategy for ‘breaking’ into the field.

JCG offers mentoring in writing and research as well as stewardship in managing client fundraising programs, which includes building collateral materials such as websites and brochures, and organizing and coordinating major events. JCG staff and interns meet on a weekly/monthly basis to review progress and set new goals. The internship term is one year after which JCG will help place the intern (with strong recommendations!)

Candidates must have strong:
♦ Interpersonal skills
♦ Written and verbal communication skills,
♦ Research skills
and be highly motivated to learn, have the ability to accept constructive criticism and have a strong desire to be a member of a team whose goal is to contribute significantly to achieving Non Profit organization’s fundraising goals!
