11:00-12:00 David Lamb presents "Prospect Tracking and Management"
Good prospect management means employing systems to make sure that top prospects are moving steadily toward making a gift. We’ll look at best practices and sample reports that you can take back and implement in your office.
12:00-1:00 Dr. Judith Nichols presents
"Addressing Donor Fatigue: Keeping and Growing Your Base of Support." It takes five times as much effort to find a new donor as to keep a friend. Learn how to significantly improve your renewals and upgrade supporters using after marketing techniques. Are you boring your prospects? Or worse, alienating them? Changing communication and lifestyle patterns impact on how individuals react to your appeals. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to analyze your database in order to market to different audience subgroups and how you can turn "donor fatigue" into a tool that brings bigger gifts to your organization.
